Dr Elesa Argent today published the first stage of the BUAFL's research and development programme as launched on Five's NFL show on Sunday night.

The BUAFL is committed to undertaking a comprehensive research and development programme to ensure the effective strategic development of the League.

Each BUAFL Member team has been sent a copy of the document attached below for their considered responses. There are two principle target audiences for this first stage of research - BUAFL team committees and BUAFL coaches.
