BUAFL athletes can now register with BAFA following the publication of the Central Registration System forms.
The Process Explained...
Each individual when first registering within the sport is allocated a unique BAFA Registration Number, this number is retained by the individual throughout his or her participation within the sport.
New athletes
- The BAFA Registration Form (version 2.07) must be completed by each athlete who wishes to compete this season. This applies to everyone except individuals who played in the 2006/07 season.
- Each athlete must fill out all sections of the form and provide the necessary supporting paperwork.
- The forms and supporting paperwork must be sent to the address given on the form.
- Registrations can be sent either in bulk or individually but each batch that is submitted MUST be accompanied by a fully completed submission form. As the season progresses it is more likely that individual members will sign up.
- The weekly deadline for receipt of fully completed registration forms is first post on Tuesday. Every fully completed registration received by this deadline will be processed in time for the athlete to be available for the following Sunday's game.
- Incomplete registrations will be returned to be corrected.
Existing players on the CRS...
- For existing players who were registered to play University football in the 2006-07 season, a PDF is about to be generated and sent to the team committees. These forms provide information currently recorded including the BAFA registration number. Please make any changes necessary and send these forms back. Do NOT use a new member form for such players.
- Remember to attach a photograph if no image is printed on the form.
