The BUAFL League Development programme is chaired by the BUAFL Head of League Development Martin Boffey.
The aim of the programme is to undertake research to establish the strengths and weaknesses of the BUAFL and its member teams and identify both ways of sharing best practice and appropriate interventions to raise standards.
