BUAFL Checklist
Home Team
1. Opposition and BAFRA have directions to gamefield and changing rooms
2. Ambulance confirmed and have directions.
3. Field marked out fully and all field equipment ready for use.
4. Chain set in fully working order.
5. Rosters printed off for home and away teams. You should print off 3 copies:
- for your team,
- for opposition and
- for Referees.
6. Equipment checked, do you have spares just in case someone forgets hip set etc.
7. Water bottles, Water Supply.
8. Helmet spares kit.
9. Numbers confirmed for after game food.
10. Students are reminded to bring Student ID / NUS cards. This is always
worth collecting as students get on the bus for away games.
11. HC has BAFCA card or Photo ID ready to be checked with registrations.
12. Game report sheets and Stats sheets printed off, available on www.buafl.net
13. Game Balls ready.
14. Washed and Ready to Go!
Away Team - Same as home team with these extras.
1. Emergency Contact sheet / folder of all players and coaches on your team.
2. Extra Roster to be handed into AU to confirm what players and coaches are
travelling.
3. Directions available.
4. NUS / Student ID cards handed in when players step on the bus.

Team Roster and Card Check
Each team should have two copies of their own roster.
Fill-in shirt numbers and game status for each individual.
Head Coach to sign the Declaration on equipment etc. (both copies)
(All players and staff should have photo ID).
Players should have NUS or student ID card.
Coaches and staff may use BAFCA card or any formal photo ID (ie driving licence)
Either collect cards and arrange these alphabetically, or have players
in possesion of own card at card check.
Carry-out roster checks 15 minutes before kick-off.
Check players from the roster form in presence of opposition team
member. Cards to be shown at same time.
Check coaches and staff members against roster and photo ID.
Once complete, opposition representative to sign the Team Manager's
Declaration along with home team manager/representative (both copies).
Give one copy to the referees before the game begins.
Keep one copy and return this to the League along with game statistics
by the Friday following the game.
