'Our team bank account does not become active until September / October so we can't pay a 30 day invoice issued in July. What should we do?'
Please notify the League in writing prior to June 1st via office@buafl.net as to when your account will become active and we can adjust the invoice to reflect this.
'What if the AU has not got its new insurance certificate in place by June 1st when we have to return the form?'
Please ask your AU President to address a letter to the BUAFL saying that their policy is being updated for the new academic year and when the new certificate comes in a copy will be sent to show the team is covered.
